Nick is a caterpillar and his greatest dream is to become a butterfly. He finally finds a method to turn into a butterfly overnight, but also has to pay the price of only one day left to live. Nick flies to the Jade Tree where butterflies gather, and tries to find the cure to the curse at the same time. When facing the end of life, Nick has to make his own choice - whether to turn back into a caterpillar and live the old routine life, or fly to his dream home as a butterfly.
